At Schuit, we’re on a mission to help homeowners breathe new life into the homes they love.
Costly brick restoration, vinyl, wood or metal cladding and even concrete, to name a few.
Many of these require regular maintenance. Unlike most of those options, the new generation of stucco — known as EIFS — is extremely durable, stylish and virtually maintenance-free.
For over half a century, Schuit has helped thousands of homeowners fall in love with their homes again by installing, maintaining and repairing EIFS, plaster and masonry. Today, Schuit’s EIFS stucco applications exceed the industry standard.

In 1952, George Schuit mastered the art of plastering and began offering his services to his community. He built a reputation for his honesty and his meticulous attention to detail. Not much has changed since.
In June 1979, Gerald Schuit took over the "sole proprietorship" company from his father, George. Gerald and his wife, Trudy, incorporated the family business in 1997. While Gerald and Trudy are both retired, they still play a role in the business and can still be found around the office.
As Schuit has continued to grow, we moved into our new, larger facility on Shaver Road in Ancaster in 2008.
Today, John Schuit and Gary Dendekker are the new owners of Schuit Plaster & Stucco — and both George and Gerald's reputation for honesty and attention to detail lives on!
