A process that puts you at the centre. Below are the steps you can expect to follow after you first get in touch with us.
After you’ve contacted Schuit for the first time, someone from our team will get back to you within one business day to set up a site visit at your property.
Whether you’re a residential or commercial client, someone from the Schuit team will meet you at your home or property at the scheduled time.
During this site visit, we’ll discuss your goals and wishes for your project, as well as your budget. We’ll also answer any questions you might have.
Once we’ve gathered all the information we need, we’ll put together a comprehensive quote that outlines specific costs, colours, textures and trims involved in your project.
Our team will meet with you again to help you finalize exactly how you want your project to look — whether it’s stucco, plaster or masonry.
Once you’ve had time to review and approve your quote, a deposit fee is required to move ahead with construction.
Final approval on your design is required to secure time in our schedule.
Typically, projects can begin within 6–8 weeks after approval — however, this is dependent on the season and demand for our services.
We’ll also schedule a final site meeting before construction begins to review the scope of your project and our process. You’ll have a chance to meet with your project manager who will be your point of contact throughout construction — we promise to leave no questions unanswered!
Once materials have been delivered to your property, our team will get to work. Your project manager will check-in with you throughout construction, providing regular updates by phone, text or email.
