In 1952, George Schuit started his own plastering company. George treated his first employees like family: they worked tough jobs, put in long hours and struggled at times, but because they did it together, they persevered. His approach towards his work and his employees continued when his son Gerald took over the business — and still lives on today. George started with the way he treated people. Gerald carried that vision through to what is today.
