A detached condominium neighbourhood in northwest Burlington was dealing with significant issues with their existing stucco exterior due to improper installation — water leaks, wood rot in basements, poor rooflines and bad details had plagued homeowners here for decades.
Schuit was brought in to completely remediate the existing work, restoring its original beauty — and modernizing it at the same time. Slight colour changes, on top of a properly installed EIFS exterior have brought the houses back up to current standards. Today, the issues of the past have been totally eliminated — and the homeowners are free to enjoy their homes again!
