A new condo build in downtown Hamilton is given storefront signage, EIFS and specialty finishes.
The Residences at Acclamation is a new condo development in the middle of a revitalized downtown at 185 James Street North, Hamilton. In the heart of the arts district, the building hosts 73 luxury condominium units in Hamilton's most desirable location.
Partnering with Rogue Developments and Schilthuis Construction, this build was by no means a simple one. The existing site was a brownfield that needed remediation in the middle of a dense urban neighbourhood. Accessing the building proved a challenge due to its location. Schuit was chosen to install the exterior of the building because of their experience navigating tight quarters like these ones.
As residents moved into the condos in 2019, the community’s response has been one of acclaim. A stunning exterior including storefront signage, EIFS and specialty finishes makes the Residences at Acclamation a welcome addition to this burgeoning Hamilton neighbourhood.
